We started Guaide after watching the same thing happen over and over: a well-made product, a manual nobody reads, and a customer who gives up halfway through assembly. The manual wasn't wrong — it just wasn't built for a phone in someone's hands, mid-build, with a half-attached shelf bracket in the other.
So we built the thing we wished existed: a way to turn the manual you already have into a guide that meets people where they actually read it — one step, one photo, one tap at a time.
