Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a normal mobile web page — no account, no install, no Shopify relationship required.
Do I need a Shopify store to use Guaide?
No. Guaide runs natively inside Shopify admin, or standalone with magic-link sign-in if you sell elsewhere.
What if the AI gets a step wrong?
Every step gets a confidence flag. Anything uncertain is called out for you to review before it can be published.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
